These terms apply when you use the MtaaLex Solutions website and the tools, trainings and products we offer through it. By using the site, creating an account, registering for a training or placing an order, you agree to them. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Not legal advice
Information on the site, including articles, templates, guides, AI tool results and chat assistant answers, is general information about law, compliance and technology. It is not legal advice and does not create an advocate–client relationship. Laws change and every situation is different, so get advice from a qualified advocate about your circumstances before you act on it.
Consultancy, audit and training engagements are governed by the proposal, engagement letter or agreement we sign with you. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password secret and don’t share your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud or puts the site or other users at risk.
You can ask us to close your account at any time.
AI tools and chat assistant
- AI results can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check them, and have important documents reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on them.
- Only submit documents and information you have the right to share. Don’t enter confidential client information or sensitive personal data unless you are allowed to and it is necessary.
- Tools have fair-use limits, including monthly usage limits for each account. We may change or withdraw a tool at any time.
- You keep ownership of what you submit, and allow us to process it to provide the tool, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data you are not authorised to access, or to test or get around our security;
- overload the site, or use bots or scrapers to copy its content or tools;
- upload malicious code, send spam, or post abusive, defamatory or infringing material; or
- fake or tamper with payments, payment messages or receipts.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and are confirmed at checkout. We check prices and stock again when you place the order.
- We accept payment by M-Pesa. An order counts as paid only when Safaricom confirms the payment to us; an SMS or a screenshot on its own is not proof of payment.
- Please pay the exact amount shown. If you pay too little, too much or twice, contact us and we will complete the order or refund the difference to the M-Pesa number that paid.
- Unpaid orders that hold limited stock may be cancelled after two days.
- Digital downloads are delivered through private links once payment is confirmed. Keep your links private.
Templates and digital products
When you buy a template, course or other digital product, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own work or within your organisation, and to adapt it for your matters. You may not resell, republish or share it as a product. Templates are starting points: adapt them to your facts and have them reviewed where needed.
Refunds
Digital products are delivered instantly, so they can’t be returned. If a download is faulty, isn’t as described or never reached you, contact us within 14 days of buying it and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Services and engagements follow the refund terms in their own agreement. None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
Live trainings
- Free registrations are confirmed straight away. A paid seat is confirmed once Safaricom confirms your payment.
- Your ticket and meeting link are personal. Don’t share them; we may remove people who join without a ticket.
- If you can’t attend, cancel from your ticket. For a paid session, contact us at least 48 hours before it starts and we will move you to another date or refund you.
- If we cancel or move a session, we will offer you a place on another date or a full refund.
- Training materials and recordings are for your own learning. Don’t record, share or publish them without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The site and its design, text, tools, templates, courses and logos belong to MtaaLex Solutions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from what these terms allow, you may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without our written permission. You are welcome to link to our pages and to quote short extracts with credit.
Other services
Some features rely on other companies, such as Safaricom for M-Pesa, Google Meet or Zoom for trainings, WhatsApp and AI providers. Their own terms apply when you use their services, and we aren’t responsible for them. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don’t control their content.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site, tools or products, for example for maintenance or security.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
Otherwise, as far as the law allows:
- the site, free tools and general information are provided “as is”, without warranties;
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, data or opportunity; and
- our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to what you paid us for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, continue after your access ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and changes apply from that date. We will email account holders about significant changes. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If a dispute arises, please contact us first: most problems can be settled quickly. If we can’t resolve it within 30 days, either of us may take it to the courts of Kenya.
